This Refund & Return Policy describes the conditions under which customers may return products and request a refund from D-lightning GmbH.
Your legal rights under German and EU consumer protection laws remain unaffected.
2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers Only)
If you are a consumer (not a business customer), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 dayswithout providing any reason.

6. Inspection & Processing of Returns

Processing time:
Refunds are usually processed within 7–14 business days after we receive the returned item.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
7. Partial Refunds
